Partial credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on operational costs and availability.<\/li><li><strong>Less than 24 hours before the tour or no-show:<\/strong> No refund or credit will be provided under any circumstances.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Tour credits are non-transferable and must be used by the original customer or booking party.<\/p><h3>2. Role &amp; Limitation of Liability<\/h3><p>We act solely as a coordinator, connecting customers with independent third-party service providers (e.g., guides, transportation services, attractions, etc.). We do not own or operate any of the services directly. As such, we are not liable for any act, omission, injury, loss, delay, or accident that may occur through the fault of third parties.<\/p><p>Since we are not a licensed travel agency under local regulatory frameworks, we cannot and do not provide travel insurance, bonding, or guaranteed consumer protection. Customers are strongly advised to purchase appropriate <strong>travel insurance<\/strong> independently to cover unexpected events such as cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies.<\/p><h3>3. Force Majeure &amp; External Disruptions<\/h3><p>In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control\u2014such as natural disasters, war, strikes, government restrictions, or severe weather\u2014we reserve the right to modify or cancel tours. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide either an alternative date, partial refund, or tour credit. Our decision will be based on the specific circumstances and supplier terms.<\/p><h3>6.
