Your contractual relationship for those services is directly with those providers.<\/p><h3>4. No Travel Agency Status<\/h3><p>De2Israel does not sell flights, hotel stays, package tours, or bundled travel services. We do not hold a travel agency or tour operator license. Our role is purely organizational, based on your request.<\/p><h3>5. Third-Party Providers<\/h3><p>We may refer or connect you to local suppliers, including but not limited to:<\/p><ul><li>Licensed Israeli tour guides<\/li><li>Transportation providers<\/li><li>Hotels or private accommodations<\/li><li>Activity providers (museums, workshops, etc.)<\/li><\/ul><p>While we aim to recommend reliable partners, we are not responsible for the conduct, availability, or performance of any third-party service. All contracts, payments, and liability lie between you and those providers.<\/p><h3>6. Pricing &amp; Payment<\/h3><p>All quotes are provided as <strong>net prices<\/strong>, excluding any commissions or fees. You are responsible for paying:<\/p><ul><li>De2Israel\u2019s coordination and planning fee (billed separately)<\/li><li>Each third-party provider individually<\/li><\/ul><p>De2Israel\u2019s service fees are agreed upon before work begins and may vary based on group size, duration, and complexity of planning.<\/p><p><strong>Accepted payment methods:<\/strong> Bank transfer, PayPal, Mollie, or other pre-approved methods.<\/p><h3>7. Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy<\/h3><p>Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to <strong>info@de2israel.de<\/strong>. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:<\/p><ul><li>De2Israel\u2019s coordination fee is <strong>non-refundable<\/strong> once planning work has begun<\/li><li>Refunds from third-party providers are subject to their individual terms<\/li><li>We are not responsible for any losses caused by cancellations, delays, or provider unavailability<\/li><\/ul><h3>8.
