Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all bookings made directly through our website or via our communication channels.

We’re not a traditional travel agency — instead, we offer a more personal approach by connecting you with the best local guides, tours, and experiences. Please read the terms below carefully before making a booking.

1. General Cancellation Terms

  • More than 7 days before the scheduled tour date: Eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative handling fee or a 100% credit valid for future travel within 12 months.
  • Between 7 days and 24 hours before the tour: Not eligible for a refund. Partial credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on operational costs and availability.
  • Less than 24 hours before the tour or no-show: No refund or credit will be provided under any circumstances.

Note: Tour credits are non-transferable and must be used by the original customer or booking party.

2. Role & Limitation of Liability

We act solely as a coordinator, connecting customers with independent third-party service providers (e.g., guides, transportation services, attractions, etc.). We do not own or operate any of the services directly. As such, we are not liable for any act, omission, injury, loss, delay, or accident that may occur through the fault of third parties.

Since we are not a licensed travel agency under local regulatory frameworks, we cannot and do not provide travel insurance, bonding, or guaranteed consumer protection. Customers are strongly advised to purchase appropriate travel insurance independently to cover unexpected events such as cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies.

3. Private, Custom & Group Bookings

  • Private tours and custom itineraries may be subject to non-refundable deposits as stated at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations or changes requested within 14 days of the tour start date may incur additional charges or result in forfeiture of payment.
  • Modifications are subject to availability and approval.

4. How to Cancel a Booking

To request a cancellation, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Full name of the person who made the booking
  • Booking reference number
  • Requested action: refund (if eligible) or tour credit

We aim to process all cancellation requests within 7 business days. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Force Majeure & External Disruptions

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control—such as natural disasters, war, strikes, government restrictions, or severe weather—we reserve the right to modify or cancel tours. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide either an alternative date, partial refund, or tour credit. Our decision will be based on the specific circumstances and supplier terms.

6. Third-Party Bookings

If your booking was made through a third-party website or travel agent, their cancellation policies will apply. We are not responsible for any arrangements made outside of our direct communication channels.
