3. Scope of Services

De2Israel assists clients with planning and organizing group trips to Israel. This includes communication with guides, transport providers, activity organizers, and accommodations. We act as a facilitator and intermediary — not the final service provider.

All travel arrangements are executed by third-party companies and professionals. Your contractual relationship for those services is directly with those providers.

4. No Travel Agency Status

De2Israel does not sell flights, hotel stays, package tours, or bundled travel services. We do not hold a travel agency or tour operator license. Our role is purely organizational, based on your request.

5. Third-Party Providers

We may refer or connect you to local suppliers, including but not limited to:

  • Licensed Israeli tour guides
  • Transportation providers
  • Hotels or private accommodations
  • Activity providers (museums, workshops, etc.)

While we aim to recommend reliable partners, we are not responsible for the conduct, availability, or performance of any third-party service. All contracts, payments, and liability lie between you and those providers.

6. Pricing & Payment

All quotes are provided as net prices, excluding any commissions or fees. You are responsible for paying:

  • De2Israel’s coordination and planning fee (billed separately)
  • Each third-party provider individually

De2Israel’s service fees are agreed upon before work begins and may vary based on group size, duration, and complexity of planning.

Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, Mollie, or other pre-approved methods.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • De2Israel’s coordination fee is non-refundable once planning work has begun
  • Refunds from third-party providers are subject to their individual terms
  • We are not responsible for any losses caused by cancellations, delays, or provider unavailability

8. No Guarantee of Availability

Travel availability (e.g., hotel rooms, guide schedules) is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by the relevant third-party provider. Quotes are time-sensitive and may change due to seasonality or demand.

9. User Responsibilities

By using this site or our services, you agree that:

  • You are over 18 years old and legally authorized to make travel arrangements
  • You will provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for communicating group needs clearly and on time
  • You understand our role is non-binding advisory and coordination only

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and layout, is the intellectual property of De2Israel unless otherwise stated. Reproduction or redistribution without permission is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

De2Israel is not liable for:

  • Flight delays, missed connections, illness, or force majeure events
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Our liability, to the extent legally allowed, is limited to the amount of the coordination fee paid by the client.
